Our Guarantee in Plain English

We believe in this product. We want you to read the guide, try the protocols, and see the results for yourself. If for any reason you feel it wasn't worth what you paid — within 30 days — you get your money back.

We ask no questions. We do not require you to "prove" you tried it. We do not make you fill out forms. A simple email is all it takes.

How to Request a Refund

  Send your refund request to Info@unitydigital.ch with the subject line "Refund Request."

  Please include your name and the email address used for purchase. Your Digistore24 order number is helpful but not required.

  We process your refund
  We will confirm your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 3–7 business days).

Refund Window

Refunds are available for 30 calendar days from the date of your original purchase. Requests received after 30 days cannot be honoured, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Refund Amount

All refunds are for the full purchase price paid. There are no partial refunds, no restocking fees, and no deductions.

Processing Time

Once we confirm your refund:

• Credit card refunds: typically 3–7 business days
• PayPal refunds: typically 1–3 business days
• Other payment methods: as per Digistore24's processing times

Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will always honour our guarantee and resolve the issue quickly. Chargebacks create administrative burden and cost for small businesses — we would rather just refund you.
